A Lifetime of Questions. More Than 30 Years of Sharing What I Discovered.

I spent much of my life searching for answers to questions that have followed humanity for thousands of years.

Who are we? Why are we here? What is Consciousness? What happens when the body dies? And are we truly separate from one another and from the Source from which life arises?

More than thirty years ago, experiences began occurring in my life that changed the direction of that search. What followed was not something I had expected or sought: a communion with what I came to understand as Source, and insights that challenged nearly everything I had previously believed.

I have spent the decades since trying to understand those experiences, live what they revealed, and share what I have come to see.

This website and my spiritual awakening books are part of that sharing.

What If Life Is Always Responding?

One of the deepest understandings that emerged from my experience is that we are never truly separate from Creation.

Each of us is always receiving what we call forth in the exact frequency of awareness we occupy in any moment within the Eternal Now.

What we call forth, what we perceive, and even what we are capable of recognizing are intimately connected with that state of awareness.

As awareness changes, what we are able to perceive changes with it.

Perhaps awakening, then, is not about acquiring something we do not possess.

Perhaps it is remembering what has always been present.

We Are Waves in One Ocean

If there is one short video I would invite you to watch first, it is this one.

The wave appears separate from every other wave, yet it has never ceased being the ocean.

Could the same be true of us?

I Wasn’t Looking to Become a Spiritual Teacher

For most of my adult life, I was a practical businessman. I thought in terms of plans, work, risk, and results. Spiritual teaching was not something I was seeking, and certainly not something I imagined myself doing.

Then, while skating with my nine-year-old son, everything around me seemed to become quiet. In that moment, I heard a Voice unlike ordinary thought. What it told me challenged the direction I had planned for my life.

I resisted. I questioned it. I wondered whether what I had experienced was real.

But that moment was only the beginning.

What followed over the years gradually changed my understanding of Consciousness, Creation, and who we are within it.

I did not set out looking for these experiences. I have spent more than thirty years trying to understand them, live what they revealed, and share what I was given.

Some Questions Never Leave Us

Why are we here?

What is Consciousness?

Are we the body, or something experiencing through the body?

Why do we experience ourselves as separate?

What happens when the body dies?

Does Consciousness continue?

What is the relationship between choice and experience?

What would change if we discovered that none of us has ever truly been separate?

For more than six decades, experiences in my own life have led me back to these questions.

I don’t ask you to accept my answers. I invite you to explore the questions for yourself.

For Those Who Want to Go Deeper

Some experiences cannot be explored fully in a few paragraphs or a short video.

Over the years, writing became another way for me to examine what I had experienced and share what I was coming to understand.

My books trace that journey from the experiences themselves to the questions they raised about Consciousness, choice, identity, death, and the eternal nature of LIFE.

They are not offered as beliefs you are expected to accept.

They are an invitation to explore more deeply, question freely, and discover what resonates within your own experience.

Prophet or Madman: A Bridge Between Worlds

Prophet or Madman grew out of my first book, It Is All One Truth, published in 1999. After more than a year of trying to explain its message, I realized I needed to find a clearer way to communicate what I had experienced and come to understand.

I began listening more closely to people’s questions, visiting churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, and spiritual gatherings. I read the New Testament, the Bhagavad Gita, portions of the Qur’an, the Gospel of Thomas, and other spiritual writings, looking not for a new belief system, but for ways to better understand and communicate experiences that had already transformed my understanding of life.

Prophet or Madman emerged from that search. It became an attempt to build a bridge between my own experiences of Consciousness and communion with Source and the questions, beliefs, and spiritual traditions I encountered along the way.

For those who wish to understand how this journey of sharing evolved, this is the place to start.

The Journey Behind the Message

Across seven decades, my life has unfolded through moments that repeatedly challenged what I believed about identity, success, loss, Consciousness, and the nature of reality.

Time Within Eternity

Seeing Beyond the Illusion of Self

A Memoir by Bruce Adams

Time Within Eternity is the story behind the questions.

The turning point came when an unmistakable inner directive interrupted an ordinary evening with my young son and changed the direction of my life. What followed was not a sudden transformation, but a long process of questioning, resistance, loss, discovery, and learning to distinguish the identity I had created from the awareness experiencing through it.

This memoir follows that journey from childhood through business success and failure, marriage and separation, spiritual experiences I could neither dismiss nor fully explain, and ultimately an encounter with formless Consciousness that changed my understanding of life and death.

This is not a story asking you to believe what happened to me. It is an invitation to consider what your own life may be revealing about who you really are.

Where the Questions Led

The questions that began with my own experiences did not end with the experiences themselves.

Over time, they led me deeper into questions of Consciousness, choice, identity, birth, death, and what it may actually mean to be alive.

What Chooses to Be Born? is where that exploration has led me today.

What Chooses to Be Born?

Consciousness, Choice, and the Eternal Nature of LIFE

What Chooses to Be Born? begins with a question that reaches beyond birth itself: What is it that chooses to enter a human life?

Drawing upon decades of experience, questioning, and reflection, this book explores Consciousness not simply as something produced by the human mind, but as a larger reality of which individual awareness may be an expression.

It examines choice, identity, time, death, separation, and the possibility that what we call a lifetime may be one cycle of experience within something far greater.

Rather than asking the reader to adopt another belief system, the book invites us to look beyond the roles we play, the conditioning we inherit, and even our assumptions about birth and death.

If we are more than the role we are temporarily experiencing, perhaps the deepest question is not what happens when we die, but what it is that chose to be born.

The Human Experience and the Shift to Our Infinite Self

Every person lives the experience they believe is theirs.

And once we recognize that our human, ego-based life is only a temporary experience our spiritual self came here to explore, something fundamental becomes clear:

Awakening is not achieved by perfecting the ego. It is achieved by releasing it.

The shift begins when we stop maintaining the beliefs that define who we think we are and begin expressing the deeper essence of who we truly are.

Awakening begins when we stop protecting the identity we were taught to defend and begin living from the infinite self that has always existed beneath it.

And perhaps this is how awakening spreads.

One person recognizes what lies beyond the identity they have been living.
Then another.
Then another.

If something within you recognizes these words, share them with someone who may be ready to look beyond the veil.
